The Great Lakes Advocate is a weekly publication with a prime circulation area covering Forster and Tuncurry, and reaching out to Bulahdelah, Hallidays Point, Pacific Palms and Nabiac. The Advocate is a parochial newspaper and specialises in news and views as they affect our area. It seeks to inform readers on a broad range of matters, from council to court, and community to sports. It is also very involved in its community and sponsors many events and champions many causes. Every edition includes scores of photographs, news, social and sport.
